Don't like that they still show fake office pictures on their website. I tried to stop and see them but nobody home. All virtual at home offices they claim in communication, yet still put a fake image on their website to look bigger than they really are. Size is NOT important, nor is office space. Lying about it IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Great to work with, the team met all expectations. very quick turn around time from start to finish. They made everything very clear with keeping you up to date on progress with live videos and calls. Would recommend to use if in need of a new website and trust them to construct and make your new site look professional and up to date.

Our original Website; which we inherited, was old-fashioned, dreary and unavailable to mobile devices.
We shopped around to find a Web Builder, and after contacting BuildYourSite.com, viewing their previous Website projects, and being quoted 2 to 3 times less than other builders were charging. there was no alternative.
The team have experts in every aspect of Web Building, and we have ended up with a First Class Website, with new Logo, and all facilities; to sell our Wonderful Small Friendly Inn in Georgetown.

Since 1998, I've used MS Front Page to create, edit and publish my web sites. Recently however, Earthlink's servers conflicted with FP extensions. I tried every "work-around" and even bought MS Expression-- a complete waste of money.
Although Build Your Site's HTML editor leaves options to be desired and a library of themes that should be more expansive, the tech I worked with (Tony in Sacramento) did an excellent job of using my existing web site(s) to create an outstanding product.
I am very pleased with the service.

We just launched our travel business website. Neither of us are technical and some of the things we determined as necessary for our site to be successful were very narrowly defined. The BuildYourSite people listened to us and delivered exactly what we believe is critical for the site to accomplish its business goals. Also, the Technical Support team was patient, took us through the tools and worked with us as we learned how to update and change the site as our business changes.

This company goes the extra mile for you, especially if you are a small business with limited technical knowledge. Where these days most things seem to get done by automated systems, you can get a real person here to help you. They have gone way above and beyond in my case and were incredible in assisting me to upgrade my website. Great after-project follow up as well!

My website already existed (self made) but I felt it could look more "professional". The designers at BuildYourSite completely understood my unique problems and goals and pretty much blew me away with their very first design. Minor, minor tweaking and it was ready for the world...painlessly and inexpensively. I couldn't be happier with our back and forth communication and the ultimate results.

For years I have been paying onewebhosting/buildyoursite and trusting them with my website. And for years it worked. Not much happened to it after my initial release, for lack of time. Recently I checked and everything was there.
But lo and behold, I am getting ready to post my family tree on a password protected section of my website for my relatives to see, and my website is UNRECOGNIZABLE. The most glaring problem is that a treasured family heirloom (.mov) has disappeared!!!
But also small things...and it is unrecognizable.
I was told by tech support that the .mov was irretrievable!!! “That it was never part of the system”...NOT TRUE. How else did it display for years!
Worst still, I emailed the CEO, Tem Balanco (I’ve had 100% success rate in contacting CEO: they have a special team to address customer issues)...but he never even answered!!
I saw he posted in the help one week ago that we should do the backups. I never knew that and for years it worked...AND I see someone from the host has the clearance to access my site!!! What was he doing!!??
Can’t imagine a worst performance...I’ve cancelled my membership!!!

As a very non-techie person I was very pleased at all the help and suggestions offered by Tem at Build Your Site... Had another build-it-yourself web site for a few years that took ages to figure out (for me anyway!) and tech support was via email, which usually took a day to get response. Tem worked overtime to help me get the images and layout just as I wanted. Very professional, and a terrific service- especially for the low cost.
